5. Live Classes Refund Policy
For courses with live classes:
- If you cancel before the first live class, you may be eligible for a full refund
- If you miss a live class, recordings will be made available (subject to course structure)
- No refunds are provided for individual missed live classes
- If a live class is cancelled by Sanskrit Sarathi, we will reschedule or provide a credit
6. Special Circumstances
6.1 Medical Emergencies
In case of documented medical emergencies that prevent course completion, we may consider refund requests beyond the standard timeframe. Please provide appropriate documentation.

7. Course Access After Refund
Upon approval of your refund:
- Your access to the course will be revoked immediately
- You will no longer be able to access course materials, videos, or resources
- Any certificates issued will be invalidated
- You agree not to use or distribute any course materials obtained during your enrollment
8. Payment Method Refunds
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds typically appear within 5-7 business days
- UPI: Refunds are processed immediately, but may take 24-48 hours to reflect
- Net Banking: Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process
- Wallets: Refunds are processed as per wallet provider policies
9. Currency and Taxes
All refunds will be processed in Indian Rupees (INR). Any taxes paid during the original transaction will be included in the refund amount, subject to applicable tax laws.
10. Course Cancellation Policy
10.1 Student-Initiated Cancellation
Students may cancel their course enrollment under the following conditions:
- Before Course Start: Full refund if cancelled before the course start date
- Within 7 Days: Full refund if cancelled within 7 days of enrollment and less than 20% of content accessed
- After 7 Days: Cancellation requests after 7 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
10.2 Institution-Initiated Cancellation
Sanskrit Sarathi reserves the right to cancel a course under the following circumstances:
- Insufficient enrollment (minimum student requirement not met)
- Instructor unavailability or emergency
- Technical issues preventing course delivery

In case of institution-initiated cancellation, enrolled students will receive:
- Full refund of course fees
- Option to transfer to another course batch (if available)
